How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in Campion Academy.   Applying is easy using our online application--just follow the 3 steps below.

A non-refundable fee of $25 must be submitted with each application.

*Note: You do not need to reapply if you are already a student at Campion Academy. Returning students will receive notice from the registrar regarding the reapplication packet.

Step 1

Student Admission  
  • Complete student admission application.
  • Submit a copy of most recent grades and/or transcripts to [email protected]​

Step 2​

Submit Enrollment Forms

Once student has received the acceptance letter, complete the Enrollment steps:
  1.  Download and complete the forms received  via email from the Registrar.
  2. Download  and Complete the                       "New Students" Enrollment Forms Part 2.
  3. Email all paperwork to:  ​[email protected]       

Step 3

Financial Aid
  • Contact the Finance Office, 970-667-5592, Ext. 1003, to set up a payment plan.  If applying for financial aid, an application must be completed.                                                              ​
