Student & Sponsor Expectations

Student expectations

• Be on time to every appointment on the schedule
• Have materials which will aid you in performing to the best of your ability
  • Chorale: Folder, Music, Pencil
• Actively participate in every rehearsal and concert
• Respect God, yourself, others, and the property around you
• Have fun!

Teacher/Sponsor expectations

• Be aware of where your students are at all times
• Be present to supervise your students at every scheduled appointment
• Strongly encourage every student to meet every scheduled appointment on time
• Create and implement a system to keep track of your students’ festival materials (music, folders, pencils,  accessories, etc.)
• Take action to make sure your students are actively engaged in every rehearsal and performance
• Sit in the first few rows facing the ensemble and watch your students’ behavior
• Check in your students for the night, if you are staying on campus
• Bring a check made out to “Campion Academy” with a total of $30 x each festival participant. Include "RMC Music Festival" on the memo line.

OVERNIGHT sponsors

• Male students need to be accompanied by a male sponsor at their on-campus lodgings.
• Female students need to be accompanied by a female sponsor at their on-campus lodgings.
